Create your own fundraising page in 4 easy steps

Here’s how to start fundraising for the HBF Run for a Reason: Choose one charity (from our six causes) that you would like to fundraise for.  This will be the charity that all the money you raise will be directed towards.
  1. When you are registering for the event you will be asked if you would like to fundraise. You can choose to set up a fundraising page at this time or you can set up a page at a later time.  You’ll receive a password, so you can return to edit your page at any time.
  2. Visit the fundraising pages to create your own fundraising page, establish a page for your team – or join your team’s page if somebody has already set it up.  Creating your page is a simple process – and there’s extra information available on this site to help you.
  3. Choose your colour scheme to theme your fundraising page, then personalise your page with information such as:
    • Your fundraising target
    • A message from you to your supporters
    • Photos or videos
  4. Send the link of your page to your family, friends and colleagues.

Anyone who knows about your page can make donations and leave a message of support for you.

All of the donations you receive will be automatically processed and transferred directly to your chosen charity. Your donations will be tallied and displayed in the fundraiser page meter for everyone to see how much has been raised.
