The Act-Belong-Commit Campaign

Keeping mentally healthy is as important as staying physically healthy, and it’s as easy as A-B-C, Act-Belong-Commit.
Act – participate in a fun run, kick the footy, solve a Sudoku puzzle or chat to a neighbour
Belong – join a local book club or a sporting group, attend a community festival or organise a picnic with friends
Commit – learn to dance, volunteer to help others or start a new hobby course
